Can anyone please tell me that attestation of educational documents (matric, inter, bachelor transcript and degree) from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Pakistan is required for either the German embassy, Uni assist or not?

No, MOFA attestation is not required at all. Get attested to your matric and inter certificates from regional boards and then IBCC. After that, get attested to your bachelor’s degree from HEC. Further, if you want to use photocopies with any application, then use notarize photocopies. That’s it.
