O/A Level Attestation from British Council

Hello respected members,
I would like to ask, is it mandatory to attest O/A level certificates from the British council or unattested original certifates are enough at the time of visa interview.
Moreover, will the equilvalnace certificate of O/A level will matter in the visa interview or not?
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks

      It is not mandatory to attest to O/A level certificates from British Council. An equivalence certificate is also not needed to apply for a student visa. O/A level certificates are accepted without any attestation. If you want to attach photocopies of O/A level certificates with your visa file, you can notarize all the photocopies.
